Reduces evidence overload
Large evidence sets can be difficult to hold in working memory. auditIQ helps organise relevant evidence into clause-focused packs.
auditIQ helps ISO auditors turn evidence packs, audit notes and documented information into structured, clause-based draft outputs. It is designed to support professional judgement — not replace it.
auditIQ is not a generic chatbot. It is an auditor-facing workspace for preparing clause evidence, audit narrative and report-ready working material.
Large evidence sets can be difficult to hold in working memory. auditIQ helps organise relevant evidence into clause-focused packs.
Evidence is prepared around standard, clause and audit type context, supporting clearer audit trail and less narrative drift.
auditIQ prepares working material. The auditor reviews, edits, accepts, rejects and remains responsible for the final audit report.
A simple operating model for controlled audit preparation, evidence mapping and draft clause reporting.
Enter or select the client, ISO standard, audit type, scope and clause being prepared. This context protects the quality of the output.
Upload documents, records, auditor notes or selected evidence that genuinely supports the clause. Avoid bulk dumping unrelated material.
Where evidence is unclear, third-party-owned, stale, contradictory or insufficient, auditIQ may prompt the auditor for confirmation.
auditIQ prepares structured evidence tables and draft narrative for auditor review, amendment and transfer into the relevant report process.
auditIQ is designed for competent ISO auditors, consultants and controlled internal audit users. It does not remove the need for sampling judgement, auditor scepticism, professional competence or certification-body requirements.
Controlled release users must follow the operating rules below before using the auditIQ portal.
auditIQ is built to support controlled evidence processing and report preparation. Users should treat uploaded evidence as audit material, apply client confidentiality requirements, and export or retain final audit records in their own approved system of record.
Uploaded files are retained in auditIQ for a limited working period only. auditIQ will remind users at 21 days and provide a download link so evidence and outputs can be saved locally or into the auditor’s approved record system. Files are removed from auditIQ on day 28.
The landing page is static first. Subscription checks and billing events are designed to be Stripe-ready before wider release.
